Mundelein Police Blotter for May 9

The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the Mundelein Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.
MUNDELEIN
DUI
Brian A. Retzke, 19, of 267 N. Idlewild, Mundelein, was charged with DUI (drugs), possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of cannabis and one headlight on May 6 at Hawley and Morris. Officer observed a vehicle with one headlight. Officer stopped the vehicle and spoke to the driver. Officer observed signs of intoxication, field sobriety tests were offered and subject was arrested, reports say. He posted his driver’s license and $100 cash bond and was released pending a June 15 court date in Waukegan.
Suzanne M. Stanczak, 47, of 6735 Nantucket Circle, Gurnee, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI (BAC over .08), and two counts of improper lane usage on April 28 at Route 45 and Motorola. Officer observed two improper lane usage violations. Officer stopped the vehicle and spoke to the driver. Officer observed signs of intoxication, field sobriety tests were offered and subject was arrested, reports say. She posted her driver’s license and was released on a $100 cash bond pending a May 18 court date in Waukegan.
Megan Ann Larocca, 22, of 33 S. Emerald, Mundelein, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and one headlight on May 3 at Orchard and Greenview. Officer observed a vehicle with one headlight. Officer stopped the vehicle and spoke to the driver. Officer observed signs of intoxication, field sobriety tests were offered and subject was arrested, reports say. She posted her driver’s license and was released on a $1,000 recognizance bond pending a June 1 court date in Waukegan.
