Pet of the Week: Biscuit is sweet -- even after troubling life
Biscuit

Adorable Biscuit and his brother, Herman, were rescued when humane investigators found the horrible living conditions they lived in. These two extremely loving guys were living outside. Both were emaciated and covered in bite wounds.
Obviously, they were not sad to bid their keepers goodbye and travel to Save-A-Pet where they receive two meals a day and lots of loving.
Biscuit is very sweet and affectionate. His favorite activity is cuddling with the volunteers and staff.
What Biscuit needs is a loving, committed family. He wants a family who loves hugs and cuddles, and above all, a family who will make him feel safe.
Biscuit has lots and lots of love and since he’s only three years old, he’ll have many years to share that love.
Come get a hug from Biscuit at Save-A-Pet in Grayslake. He is neutered, up to date on vaccinations and he is heartworm negative, on a preventative and micro-chipped.
Save-A-Pet is committed to saving animals without the killing. They take in animals from many sources and the volunteers work with dogs. While you’re at Save-a-Pet, make a donation if you can. The cats and dogs there will appreciate it.
