The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the Mundelein Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

THEFT

Bryan C. Weeks, 20, of 270 N. Lake St., Mundelein, was charged Friday with theft and possession of alcohol by a minor. He is scheduled to appear in court Feb. 7.

TRAFFIC

Anthony M. Torres, 19, of 327 Walnut Court, Mundelein, was charged Jan. 14 with driving on a suspended license and driving without insurance. He is scheduled to appear in court March 7.
