The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the Mundelein police department. Readers are reminded an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

DUI

Ronald Christians, 31, of 905 Madison Ave., Wauconda, was charged Aug. 16 with driving under the influence. Police stopped Christians at 2:10 a.m. at Route 176 and Barnhill Drive because he reportedly made an improper lane change. Police said they sensed Christians was intoxicated and administered a field sobriety test, which he failed. Christians is scheduled in court Sept. 12.
