The following incidents were listed in the official reports of the Mundelein Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest by police does not constitute a finding of guilt; only a court of law can make that determination.

DUI

Mauricio Vargas Jr., 26, of 1415 Downing Place 108P, Mundelein, was charged Sunday, Nov. 25, with driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding and driving without insurance. He faces a Dec. 21 court date.

DRUG POSSESSION

Sara Hadsell, 34, of 21987 W. Vernon Ridge Drive, Mundelein, was charged Monday, Dec. 3, with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, speeding and driving with a revoked license. She faces a Jan. 3 court date.
